Martinelli Advogados has added Herick Manardi as a partner in its Santa Catarina office, reinforcing the firm’s tax practice with a profile that combines legal, accounting and financial expertise.
With more than 20 years of experience, Herick has built his career in complex and highly regulated environments, leading projects involving tax planning, innovation tax incentives, compliance for direct and indirect taxes and administrative tax disputes. His work also includes initiatives related to the implementation of tax reform, particularly in projects requiring integration between tax, accounting and operational systems.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked at global organisations such as Ernst & Young (Big Four) and Eli Lilly, where he acted as head of tax, leading multidisciplinary teams and structuring tax strategies aligned with business and financial objectives.
His arrival reflects Martinelli Advogados’ continued focus on strengthening its capabilities in areas where tax decisions directly impact business performance, particularly in matters requiring a combination of technical depth and cross-functional execution.
