Fernanda Botinha Nascimento holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Milton Campos Law School, Minas Gerais. Her academic background includes a Professional Master’s Degree in Comparative Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Law (IBDT), currently in progress, as well as certifications and advanced programs in the Taxation of M&A Transactions (Insper), International and Consumer Taxation (IBDT), Tax Planning (IBET), Tax Management (Trevisan), Tax Procedural Law (UCAM), and State Law and Regulation (FGV/RJ).

She practices in the tax field and has nearly 20 years of experience advising multinational
corporations, Brazilian business groups, family-owned companies, and high-net-worth
individuals. Her practice combines deep technical expertise with a strategic perspective in tax advisory services, administrative and judicial tax litigation, customs regulation, and wealth planning.

Fernanda advises clients across a wide range of industries on corporate taxation, tax litigation, tax credit recovery, special tax regimes, and foreign trade. In the private client area, she works on domestic and international succession planning, regularization of assets held abroad, holding company structuring, family governance, and long-term asset protection strategies, delivering integrated, business-oriented solutions for clients in Brazil and abroad.

Fernanda is consistently recognized by leading international legal directories. Ivan Luvisotto Alexandre holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of São Paulo (USP) and has complemented his education with extension courses in Accounting at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), as well as in Information Technology Law and service on Fiscal Councils at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).

He practices in the Corporate Law field, advising domestic and international companies on corporate, contractual, and corporate governance matters. With a solid legal background and strong technical expertise, Ivan contributes to strategic and integrated solutions aimed at business structuring and development.

Throughout his career at the firm, Ivan has stood out for leading corporate reorganizations, M&A transactions, the implementation of governance structures, and the ongoing advisory of economic groups in addressing their corporate and regulatory challenges. He also has significant experience advising family-owned groups and asset-holding companies, supporting corporate structuring, succession planning, governance, and the enhancement of corporate and governance models.

His practice combines technical rigor, a multidisciplinary perspective, and strong communication skills with executives, investors, and advisors, directly contributing to legal solutions that balance certainty, efficiency, and business strategy.

Roberta Novaes Marcondes holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University (2011), with postgraduate specializations in Civil Liability (FGV, 2013), the New Code of Civil Procedure (FGV, 2018), and Administrative Law (PUC, 2023), as well as executive education from FGV Business School (2023).

Roberta has solid experience in civil litigation. She advises companies in strategic and complex disputes, with a strong focus on litigation management, risk analysis, and the definition of procedural strategies. Her experience combines strong technical expertise with a practical approach, focused on efficient solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives.

In her practice, she provides legal counsel and represents major multinational clients in relevant sectors such as construction, infrastructure, energy, and healthcare. Her work spans civil, contractual, and public law, with a strong focus on high-stakes, high-complexity strategic litigation and arbitration, national and international, offering comprehensive support from dispute prevention through to litigation management.
