Brazilian firm TozziniFreire has announced the arrival of a new tax partner in its São Paulo office.
Thiago Medaglia joins the firm from Cascione Pulino Boulos Advogados, where he had worked for the last year and half. Prior to that he had spent 11 years with Felsberg Advogados and actually was an associate for two years with TozziniFreire before that.
His work is specialised in corporate restructuring operations, M&A and distressed M&A transactions. In addition, he has expertise in indirect taxes and customs duties, as well as the taxation of the aviation, financial, technology, infrastructure and real estate sectors.
