Dow Schofield Watts has announced it has expanded its client offering to include a new consultancy arm called DSW Tax Consulting.
The new practice is led by Simon Denye, who has over 21 years’ experience as a tax specialist. Most recently he served as tax director at CLB Coopers.
The consultancy's focus will be on restructuring and transactional tax matters.
