Established in 1977, tax firm Studio Biscozzi merged in 1998 with the law firm Studio Nobili to create Studio Biscozzi Nobili. Since then, the Firm has grown progressively over the years, becoming one of the key firms in Italy specialising in Tax, Tax Litigation, Corporate and M&A, Banking and Finance. In 2019 the firm further strengthened its position in the financial and international taxation fields through the integration of Studio Piazza, changing its name into Studio Biscozzi Nobili Piazza. In January 2024, the firm changed its name to Biscozzi Nobili & Partners.
