International firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has announced the addition of a new partner in its corporate tax practice.
Jonathan Rosen arrives at the firm from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, where he had been since 2014 and most recently served as senior counsel. Previously he served at both Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Herbert Smith Freehills.
His experience has had a particular focus on technology, energy, infrastructure and finance.
