The London office of international firm Winston & Strawn has announced the addition of a new partner in its tax practice.
Ed Denny joins the firm from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where he most recently served as the head of tax.
His experience is in corporate finance transactions and structures, including M&A, international tax issues and the technology sector.
