Anaïs Bracqbien

Anaïs Bracqbien advises multinational companies, regulated and unregulated entities, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals on their tax structuring, restructuring, and cross-border transactions.

Anaïs focuses on the set-up of fund structures (private equity, loan portfolios, real estate, infrastructure, and IP) and advises clients on the new tax environment (DAC 6, ATAD, beneficial ownership).

She is a member of the International Fiscal Association.

Prior to joining the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in 2020, Anaïs was a tax associate at an independent advisory firm in Luxembourg.
