Christophe Martin-Raynaud has extensive expertise in national and international tax matters, providing structuring and transactional advice to a wide range of clients

Christophe advises multinational companies, financial institutions, regulated and unregulated investment entities on their tax structuring, corporate reorganisations, and cross-border transactions.

He also has extensive expertise in tax structuring for high-net-worth individuals. Furthermore, he advises on transfer pricing issues and VAT applied to the financial and investment fund industry.

Prior to joining the Luxembourg office of Stibbe in November 2019, Christophe was a tax lawyer at the Luxembourg office of an international law firm.
