Having extensive experience in understanding business operations and always providing a personalized service to his clients, Pablo has more than 30 years of experience focusing on litigation and disputes in both fiscal and administrative matters, audit procedure management, as well as advising on federal taxes related to the financial system, transfer pricing, and corporate restructuring, among others.

Pablo has advised companies on tax matters during all stages of audit procedures, and in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by Mexican legislation and the treaties to avoid double taxation entered by Mexico. When necessary, he has defended his clients against actions by authorities, where his arguments have led Mexican courts to declare the nullity of various administrative acts and the unconstitutionality of legal provisions.

He has participated as professor in several courses at Universidad Panamericana (UP), Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA) and Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE), teaching various subjects related to tax law.

Pablo has also written various articles for specialized national and international tax journals.
