Martinelli Advogados has reinforced its corporate and tax capabilities in Santa Catarina with the return of partners Jacob Wobeto and Rubens Morroni de Paiva Filho, in a move that combines stronger regional leadership with the continued consolidation of the firm’s presence in the state.

In this context, the return of Jacob Wobeto marks a particularly significant step. Having previously been with the firm from 2018 to 2025, Wobeto rejoins Martinelli to assume a role even more closely connected to the management and development of its operations in Santa Catarina.

The partnership also welcomes Rubens Morroni de Paiva Filho back to the firm.
