US firm Venable has announced the addition of a new counsel in its Los Angeles office.
Justin Alt joins the team from Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle, where he had been since 2012.
His previous experience includes more than three years with the IRS and he has also had experience as a professor of law at the University of Washington School of Law, teaching estate planning for clients seeking to minimiae their federal and state transfer taxes.
