International law firm Baker Botts has announced the addition of a new partner to its tax team in the firm’s Houston office.
Barbara Spudis de Marigny joins the team from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, where she had been a tax partner since 2016. She had previously served as partner at McGuireWoods.
Her work has a focus on tax structures, especially in the energy sector.
