Lotte Hover-Boon

Lotte specialises in domestic and international taxation, with a particular focus on capital markets, M&A, corporate structuring and restructuring, and employee benefits. She has advised a large variety of clients, including various multinationals and private equity funds.

Lotte spent three years at our London office from 2017 to 2020.

She holds a master’s degree in private law (LL.M) (2009), graduating cum honore, and a master’s degree in tax law (LL.M) (2010), both from the University of Amsterdam. In 2021, she attended an MBA Highlights Programme at INSEAD.

Lotte is board member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors and a member of the Dutch Association of Lawyers.
