Guido Arie Petraroli

Guido Arie Petraroli is Founding and Managing Partner of LED Taxand and the key Italian representative member of Taxand. He has over 30 years’ experience advising Italian and large multinationals and institutional investors on a wide range of tax matters. 

He focuses on private equity transactions, including acquisition and real estate finance. Guido also has 
experience in international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions and reorganisations. He has a strong competence in tax disputes litigations and Mutual Agreement Procedures.

In 2007, Guido has been appointed by the Italian Government as extraordinary commissionaire in 3 important bankruptcy procedures and assisted also in the Alitalia bankruptcy procedure.

Guido is currently advising important multinational groups and companies, spacing from heavy industry and automotive sectors to food, healthcare and cosmetics ones. He is constantly involved in sale and acquisition procedures, assisting also with acquisitions and the related financing of real estate assets. One of the latest transactions relates to the acquisition, as a result of the negotiated crisis settlement procedure pursuant to Legislative Decree 14/2019 (Crisis Code), from an energetic group companies of a 50% stake in the share capital of a NewCo.
