Fernando is a partner in the Tax Procedures department of EY Abogados in the Madrid office.
He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE, E-3). He is a State Tax Inspector and an Auditor for the Court of Auditors.
After his time at the Central Economic-Administrative Court, he has been on voluntary leave since May 2005, having spent his entire career in the private sector as a partner in the Tax Procedures and Tax Litigation practice.
