Eduardo Verdun Fraile

With over 20 years of professional experience, his activity focuses on strategic and highly specialized advice on indirect taxation, technology and digitization of the tax function, tax litigation at all levels and compliance with material and formal obligations in matters of VAT, Customs and Special Taxes.

Prior to joining EY as a partner in 2011, and as a State Tax Inspector, he held various positions in the Tax Administration, being responsible for Consumption Tax at the Ministry of Finance, and a member of the working groups on this matter of the European Commission and the OECD.

Author of various manuals and publications on VAT and on the jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of Luxembourg, he collaborates in conferences and master programs of various business schools.
