Richard Troncoso joined Deloitte in 2006 and has since headed the Tax Department of Deloitte Dominican Republic. With over 20 years of experience in the sector, advising multinational companies on international transactions, tax strategies, and tax reduction projects.
Specializing, among other things, in structuring and maintaining local or foreign capital investments, developing strategies for cross-border business operations and expansions, as well as conducting tax due diligence and tax planning for clients in various sectors, both local and international.
Richard has received specialized training as part of the Firm's global program, as well as from the Latin American Federation of Banks, in fiduciary administration for Latin American countries. He also holds master's degrees in Tax Planning and Control, Corporate Finance, and Tax Administration, earned both locally and abroad.
Currently, focusing on national and international clients in the hotel, consumer, financial and free trade zone sectors.
