Nuran Kerimov

Nuran Kerimov heads the Tax and Legal practice at Deloitte Azerbaijan. He has significant experience in advising both international and Azerbaijani companies and individuals on a variety of tax and associated business issues. Nuran has participated in numerous projects related to the development of corporate structures, including international corporate structures for Azerbaijan-based companies, and also the structuring of foreign multinationals’ investments in Azerbaijan-based companies.
