Mr. Per Oskar Tobiassen has extensive experience with Norwegian VAT related issues, primarily in relation to reorganization, deduction of incoming VAT and delimitation of tax liability among others.

He is admitted for the Supreme Court and has several cases for the Courts.

Specializes in counselling clients regarding planning and consequence analysis issues, as well as assisting in cases og auditing, including judicial process at the court of law.

The work is essential consulting, including planning and impact assessment. There is also extensive assistance in the context og auditing, including the procedure for the courts. Some teaching activities are also being run.
