The firm advised Greece's natural gas transmission system operator on the customs and VAT implications of leasing a new floating natural gas storage unit in the Revithoussa LNG Terminal throughout the research phase. The team also supported with buy-side tax due diligence in Greece as part of the global acquisition of Muehlhan's operational firms in Europe and the United States by private equity company One Equity Partners.
