Taxperience

Taxperience comprises multidisciplinary practitioners integrated into the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors. Specialisms are transfer pricing, compliance, corporate tax, litigation, and VAT. Sector expertise covers healthcare, telecommunications, software, and insurance. Co-founder Ruben van Aarle is a key contact, alongside managing partners Diederik Hauser and Maurice Schouten.  

Recent highlights include an appeal against a Dutch Tax Administration challenge to a 30% ruling under Dutch wage tax legislation. It also assisted a private limited company with a benchmark study on arm’s length interest applied to a loan.  

Senior tax compliance manager Anke Schrijer joined from Loyens & Loeff in March 2024. Salary partners Linda Groenewoud and Hans de Vries departed to Vado and AWVN in February 2025 and November 2024 respectively.
