During the research phase, the team provided
comprehensive support on various aspects of the operations of one of the largest international Groups in the maritime transportation sector, with a particular focus on corporate tax, transfer pricing, and tax accounting issues to ensure the compliance of the group with the current UAE legislation. In addition, the team assisted the Group involved in the
construction of technological lines for the production of liquefied natural gas in preparing financial statements following its domiciliation from France to the UAE, including converting accounting data from French GAAP to IFRS, recalculating figures from EUR to USD per ADGM regulations, and developing a transformation model for branch accounting from RU GAAP to IFRS with detailed adjustments and reconciliations.
