Stibbe

Stibbe is a leading Benelux law firm, with a distinguished Dutch tax department. Corporate taxation specialist Michael Molenaars leads the firm, with the support of partners Jeroen Smits, Reinout de Boer, and counsel Johan Vrolijk. It operates across the tax spectrum, with a focus on M&A transactions for corporate clients. SPA litigation and intra-group transactions are complementary service lines.  

The firm advised the private equity firm Ardian on a majority acquisition stake in Robot-Coupe France at a value of €780m. It acted for French banking group BPCE on its asset management joint venture with Generali, valued at approximately €9.5 billion in total. A separate SPA tax dispute was also contested.
