The team advised a manufacturing multinational on a complex reorganisation involving dividend received deductions, withholding tax exemptions, interest deductibility rules and ATAD Pillar II evaluation. It also diversified a shareholder structure to expand an investment portfolio and mitigate risk exposure. It acted as legal advisor in the acquisition of Forum Estates Holding BV by Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB, valued at EUR 219.9 million.
