The firm acted as lead counsel for BNP Paribas on the placement of tax efficient bond issuance consisting of notes valued at CHF 245m. It also assisted a prominent Swiss Bank in tax planning on the reconciliation between Swiss tax rules and OECD Pillar II cost liability mitigation.
