The Israeli tax boutique firm is burgeoning to become a leading tax practice offering a one-stop shop service for all tax matters, whether contentious or non-contentious support. With the leadership of tax partner Nimrod Yaron, the tax team of 15 tax professionals, including three tax partners, has strengthened with the addition of tax partner Ilan Ezra, who joined from KPMG Israel. The firm offers advisory services on international tax, tax residency termination, transfer pricing, tax planning, voluntary disclosures, international wealth transfer, and tax audit support.
Over the years, the tax team has specialised in sectors such as high-tech, VC, real estate, and e-commerce. To extend its global reach, the team has formed alliances with other firms across the Balkan region, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Even so, the firm has expanded into Albania, establishing a local office, where the team has engaged with the Albanian government in negotiations of a bilateral tax treaty with Israel.
