Based in the U.S, MNF Legal is a boutique tax firm with an expertise in deaking with high net worth miltinationals and businesses. MNF has offices in Illinois and Washington D.C. and is made up of three practitioners. Some services that the firm offers are cross-border income tax, estate planning, expatriation tax planning, U.S tax compliance and more.  

During the research period, MNF’s expertise in private client sector was visible in its work with their Middle Eastern clientele. The firm assisted with U.S income and estate tax planning and restructuring for the clients investments. The firm also assisted with generational planning in regards to inheritance, helping to ease the process of inheriting the structures when dealing with a non-US nationals in the future.
