During the research period, the firm advised the Unilever Group on the sale of the Findus frozen food business to CSI (part of Nomad Foods Group). The team also aided EuroGroup Laminations with the examination of the Italian tax implications of its initial public offering on Euronext Milan, as well as the coordination of that involving the group's other jurisdictions.
