Its clients are active in sectors such as construction, healthcare, energy, cosmetics, and consumer goods.
During the research period the firm carried out in depth analysis of the relevant tax aspects and possible tax contingencies regarding a confidential client’s activities in Brazil. The team provided advisory on possible tax optimizations as well as measures needed to mitigate potential tax risks. In addition, the firm worked with Mender Holler Group in coordinating coordinated the analysis of the possible international restructuring alternatives for the Group with presence in Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Uruguay and BVI.
