Kraaijeveld Coppus Legal is a tax boutique, with a focus on international tax planning, restructuring, and refinancing, as well as assisting in transactions and reorganisations. Founding partners Friggo Kraaijeveld and Ceriel Coppus lead the firm. International tax partner Timo Ponsioen is a tax reporting specialist. Fellow partner Onno Backx is an international tax law specialist alongside Edwin Veele.  

The firm advised Kai Tak Company B.V. on compliance obligations, pertaining to corporate income tax and VAT filings in a USD 118.28m transaction. It also acted for Wintershall Dea Asset Holding on the OECD's Pillar 2 framework and managed its transfer pricing policies.  

Partner Manon Wurtz arrived from RSM in March 2024 and fellow partner Onno Backx joined from Grant Thornton in February 2025.
