During the research cycle Guzmán Ariza remained active in
Corporate tax matters throughout the region. The firm currently
assists
GeBBs Healthcare Solutions in
an acquisition of Contact Center Dominicana. The complex cross border transaction required extensive due diligence, financial audits, legal compliance checks, and purchase agreement negotiations.
In 2024, Guzmán Ariza has been active in recruitment with the addition of Yelisa Ledesma as senior counsel as well as associates Alejandra Diaz, and Jacqueline Tavarez. During the year, associate Marie Vieira and senior counsel Patricia Guzman Parra left the firm.
