Grupo GNP was founded in 2006 by Guillermo N. Perez, who is backed by over 40 years of experience. With a team of 30+ professionals, Grupo GNP provides a full array of tax services, including tax strategy, audit services, as well as national and international consulting. The firm is known for its versatility and personalized expertise for each client, while also maintaining strong relationships with key business organizations and the public sector.  

Grupo GNP advised Pollux, Argentina's first Fintech platform on tax structuring and compliance, efficiently navigating regulatory frameworks. This was crucial given the evolving nature of the tax environment surrounding the fintech industry in Argentina. Another one of Grupo GNP’s clients is Villaggio Belvedere, for whom developed comprehensive tax efficient structures for real estate developers to manage tax liabilities. 

Tax manager Facundo Alves left the firm in 2024. The team welcomed new tax seniors: Giselle Turco, Sol Cardozo, Marlene Dietrich, and Ignacio Fernández.

Grupo GNP is an organization founded in 2006, consisting of approximately 30 people, under the leadership of Guillermo N. Perez. The company service lines include, but are not limited to, tax strategy, fiscal audits, tax legal services, local and international consulting, business process outsourcing (BPO), and transfer pricing. The firm specializes in advising corporations, however, can service family businesses. 

Among many clients and matters serviced this research period, Grupo GNP worked to advise a client in updating its accumulated tax loss due to inflationThe importance of the work done is linked to the possibility of uniformly applying the tax inflation adjustment to all matters related to income tax, by preventing the inflation that exists in Argentina from devaluing the tax losses.
