Forvis Mazars

Forvis Mazars and Mazars unified a network on June 1st, 2024, to create a stellar auditing firm with revered advisory capabilities. International taxation, individual taxation, property taxation, transfer pricing, VAT, and trust taxation are specialities. Head of taxation is director Fredrik Rosén who is ably assisted by manager Kristoffer Forsberg and assistant manager Hanna Karlsson.  

The firm assisted a private client in controversy pertaining to withholding tax applied to a business asset disposal. It also represented a foundation in limited tax liability on environmental protection projects. The litigation function served as lead counsel in a tax surcharge case before the Supreme Administrative Court, which achieved exemption for a multinational.
