FBX Legal & Tax

FBX Legal & Tax is a new Luxembourg law firm founded in 2023 by Francois Brussieux, a former Backer McKenzie lawyer specialised in tax and capital markets. The boutique is specialised in acquisition finance, securitisation transactions and asset tokenization tax. The managing partner is Francois Brussieux.  

The firm was chosen to implement a Luxembourg securitization platform issuing warrant backed securities from a tax standpoint.
