During the research period, the firm acted as a primary tax advisor to the group’s Management, supporting on various key tax matters in the context of this very large-scale and rigorous refinancing process. In addition, the team acted as the tax structuring advisor for major group in relation with the spin-off of its non-core off-site ATM sector into a new subsidiary.
