With multiple offices, the firm maintains a nationwide presence and also takes a multidisciplinary approach to its work, involving investment in technology and innovative legal solutions. The firm has a strong focus on compliance work, and separately, also takes pride in its deep commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Partner Flávia Andrea Sant’Anna Ferreira Benites is head of the tax department.  

During the research cycle, Ernesto Borges took on a major client in the chemistry sector and advised them on a complex real estate tax case involving strategically analyzing free trade areas. The firm steered their client in the right decision, resulting in compliance and strategic investments. Ernesto Borges also took on a major client in the agricultural sector involving a notice of infraction case. They were able to achieve significant success in this matter, resulting in cost savings for their client.  

Partners Diego Ribas Pissurno and Carlos Eduardo Viana departed the firm in 2024. The firm also welcomed a new partner, Sandro Miguel Siqueira da Silva Junior.
