Overview

Recent activity included the creation of a transfer pricing model applied to buy-sell distribution transactions between Luxembourg and third-party distributors. It also reorganised a company structure in accordance with Pillar II stipulations and completed a joint-venture acquisition for a manufacturing client.

Recent activity included indirect advisory services on an alternative investment fund platform for the forward-sale of loan portfolios. It also provided refinancing for a financial company restructuring.

The firm recently recruited eleven directors and assorted senior managers for its tax and transfer pricing functions.
