Founded in 2017, the Lyon-based firm provides a comprehensive tax service, including transfer pricing for large group companies and more.  Tax partner Terence Wilhelm, with the support of tax partner Morgane Stevenon, leads the firm. The firm has taken strides in growing its international capabilities through its role in the creation of the Japan Commission with the International Commission of the Lyon Bar Association. In addition, the firm engages in thought leadership through knowledge sharing by regular teaching at both EM Business School and the Faculty of Law. The firm increased its capabilities with three hires in 2024, including transfer pricing analyst Geetanjali Phadke, and two attorneys at law: Nabil Kasbaoui and Sabrina Hiraine.
