During the research cycle Baker McKenzie advised global brewer, Carlsberg, on complex tax matters associated with the public £3.3bn acquisition of Britvic plc. The firm also provided tax advice to Silver Laker Partners on the carve-out and divestment of Alfabet software to Main Capital.
