The firm advised as lead Luxembourg tax advisor on tax structuring services to both Swiss Life Asset Managers and Vesper Infrastructure Partners, on the joint acquisition of RAD-x and Gilde Healthcare. It also structured a new IP application for a multinational automotive firm.
