Since joining Andersen Global in 2019, the firm has significantly enhanced its international tax capabilities, enabling it to handle high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters across sectors such as TMT, energy, and real estate. It advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multinational clients on complex tax issues, including cross-border mergers and inspections. The team actively contributes to Andersen’s Future Leaders training and tax service line, with partner Martha Papasotiriou serving as the firm’s representative in the tax service line of Andersen Global. She plays a key role in knowledge exchange and professional development.  

During the research phase, the firm advised on the tax aspects of a corporate restructuring involving mergers between subsidiaries, the creation of a holding company, and share exchanges, and also prepared the necessary documentation to support the project. In addition, the firm advised on the strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Golden Sandwich, a reputable food production and distribution company, with a strong focus on tax advisory to ensure compliance and tax efficiency throughout the transaction.
