Managing partner Junayed Ahmed Chowdhury leads the practice at Vertex Chambers. Founded in 2012, it has experience in the field of corporate and tax structuring, cross-border transactions, domestic and international arbitration, judicial review and legal due diligence.  

The team recently represented a client as the lead counsel before the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in a case of judicial review. Junayed Ahmed Chowdhury is the leading partner in this case which involved approximately $18 million.
