During the past year the TMM tax team represented the interests of Dolly Brazil Refrigerantes and other affiliated companies of Dolly’s group in a tax precautionary measure filed by the Brazilian National Treasury. Furthermore, it has been proved that the debt is a result of multiple frauds committed by a former account office, as well as major part of the value consists in an unlawful charge by the Brazilian IRS. This case represents a major role in Dolly’s economic activity, given the company market share in beverages sector and the risk that is imposed by a potential tax enforcement.
