The firm assisted the Pirelli Group throughout the entire International Compliance Assurance Programme with the relevant authorities (Italy, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Poland and Singapore), from the preparation of the main documentation package to be made available to the tax authorities, to the definition of the strategy and subsequent drafting of answers to the tax authorities' questionnaires on the group transfer prices. Furthermore, the team suggested and implemented the profit split formula to TAL Group, as well as represented the firm in the unilateral APA with the Italian competent tax authority.
