Stibbe is an integrated taxation practice with a full-service suite across the Benelux region, with a special focus on transactional tax, real estate tax, financial services tax, and litigation. The team advised Picanol in the simplified integration of two Belgian listed companies. Stibbe also assisted Conny Vandendriessche in a decorated transaction on tax efficient structuring in a €3 billion deal.
