As part of Poland's leading M&A law firm, Rymarz Zdort Maruta's tax team has extensive experience with the tax aspects of M&A transactions and other business reorganizations, such as demergers (spin-offs), transfers of businesses and organized parts thereof, cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, IPOs and SPOs, and the development and operation of tax grouping structures.
