Loyens & Loeff has a versatile tax practice headquartered in Amsterdam. The firm comprises partners Marcel Buur, Harmen van Dam, Marco de Lignie and Fred van der Leije. The firm advised The Social Hub on the agreement with GIC and APG to acquire a substantial stake in the hospitality company. It also acted for Stellantis on European financing reorganisation jointly owned with Crédit Agricole, BNP Paribas and Banco Santander.
