The domestic law firm’s tax team is one of the largest in Israel with more than 45 professionals and 15 partners. The firm advises clients on all tax areas including private equity and investment fund formation, HNWI, real property tax, outbound international tax planning and more. The firm’s separate tax teams such as the private client and individual tax team is led by Meir Linzen and Guy Katz. Other separate tax teams within the practice includes international tax, VAT, and customs. Meir Linzen is the managing partner heading the team. Following the departure of tax partner Tali Azriel to PwC, the team recruited Elad Pinchas, tax partner who joins from the Israel Ministry of Justice.
