The Israeli law firm’s tax practice has a wealth of experience and knowledge in transactional tax, obtaining tax rulings from the Israeli tax authority on matters such as restructuring, structuring transactions, options and more. In November 2022, the team counselled Nordic Capital on its $300 million acquisition of 25% stake in Equashield Medical Ltd., an Israeli medical devices company.
